The Master Train the Trainer Workshop Manual

This manual provides the actual Trainer's workshop as presented to staff, volunteers and anyone who will be teaching the Personal Protection Empowerment Curriculum.

The workshop can vary from 3 hours to 6 hours depending on the time constraints placed.

The beauty of this workshop manual is that even people with little or no experience in putting on workshops can use it effectively.

This manual is newly expanded and now includes actual practice lessons so that instructors can experience giving a lesson from the manual. The pages are divided into 3 sections.

The layout of the pages has been designed to make teaching very easy. When you are team teaching, which is recommended, but not required;On the far left it tells which trainer has that section, and has instructions to the trainer as well, such as what Activity or Role-Play etc, they should use at that point.

In the middle what visual aids, handouts and such are noted.

On the far right is the actual workshop script used by the trainer. As they put this workshop on more and more, they will be able to put on the workshop with little reference to the manual, but it is there as a support when needed.
