Safety Network's Client Emergency Information Card

This 8-1/2" x 11" Card has many advantages over the typical emergency card being utilized in schools across the country. Along with the normal information it includes fingerprints, a photograph, and much more detailed statistical information on the child/student, so that if they become missing, a runaway or lost during the time they are at school, day care, or a youth group event or activity there is more information readily available to help authorities in their search for the missing youth.
